U`dali Horse Rescue in Tennessee is changing our name to "Horse Creek Acres Rescue" since purchasing an
18.46 acre farm in June 2010 to expand our efforts. Under the new name we continue to be dedicated to the rehabilitation,
rescue and re-homing of horses in the central  and western Tennessee area.
We still offer owners intervention on behalf of horses in need under a new name: "Horse Creek Acres Rescue" (HCAR)
with financial aid and intake to re-home programs. Our first goal is to keep horses that really do have loving
owners in their homes,if  possible or relieve the financial stress upon the owner through the intake/re-homing.
We do not search or process for prosecution abuse cases ourselves, instead we offer a legal abuse report
network to the proper authorities in the area.We are working diligently with the Mayor's assistant, Mr. Harpel,as well as
MC Animal Control and Sheriff's Department personel in Montgomery County to give more authority to rescues in an
effort to rescue more efficiently horses in need. Although rescues are not yet able to process and prosecute abuse
and neglect ourselves, we do not ignore or turn a blind eye to outright cases of abuse and will report such findings
to the proper authorities for action.
The goal is "what is best for the horse".
If you know of an abuse or neglect case, you may report it through us on the "How You Can Help" page of this site,
under the report section of that page.
Things are getting financially tough, let's work together to keep horses safe, loved, fed and healthy.

In June of 2010 U'dali President purchased a farm dedicated to the rescue and named it "Horse Creek Acres",

built a barn with 7 stalls, "Horse Creek Acres Stables" (HCAS), and we have placed 3 horses in new homes and continue to

keep atleast one new face at the farm in rescue looking for a new home.

At Horse Creek Acres Stables, borders renting stalls help financially support the rescue. We have had little

donation support and only enough personal money to take care of the ones we have. That's right folks! The president

of HCAR has been footing the bills out of her own pocket! We currently have plans to extend the boarding stalls to another

7 stall barn to increase our ability to help more horses. And we still get calls on a regular basis for intakes and need help.

So if you want to help (which we would really appreciate) contact us here at the website or by phone.

We are currently building two web sites to replace the U`dali site with HCAS & HCAR and will be redirecting through

this site when they are complete. I hope great things for HCAR and Horse Creek Acres.

We are still here, still trying to do our work as planned and still depending on help from others.
